Handle the complexity involved in managing and providing inventory tracking of waste that comes from many sources, where the contents in each container are complex (possibly split or mixed) and where low-level tracking is required, which cannot be performed by standard Inventory Management Software. The environmental service or waste industry is not like any other industry, the needs for tracking of inventory are unique. Typically at a Transfer or Disposal site waste is received from many customers and combined into larger storage units for efficiency or optimal operating. This combination or bulking up of hazardous waste leads to the need for low level container tracking from creation through to disposal. Hazardous waste generators may need to combine waste from different departments prior to shipment for disposal but they need to know the waste costs that are assoicated with each department that generated the waste. The IMEC solution provides this low level waste tracking from cradle to grave.

Hazardous Waste Pickups 
This feature allows a user to request the pickup of hazardous waste containers from their department and tracks the task through a workflow. The user can complete a customizable form as part of the pickup request, ensuring the waste department has all the necessary information to complete the pickup.

Lab Packing

The Lab Packing feature allows Lab Packing to be performed using the mobile app. A hazardous waste lab pack is created and associated with a Lab Small Code. Lab Packs are hazardous waste chemicals that are small enough to be packed with other compatible hazardous waste chemicals.  When lab packing the operator will only be able to select waste types that are compatible with the Lab Small code set on the Lab Pack. A Lab Pack inventory list of hazardous waste chemicals can be printed from the web portal.

Customer Portal
Environmental Service Companies can allow their customers access to a customer portal where they can create jobs/orders, print labels and manifests, request new waste profiles and view the waste collected and shipped from their site. 

IMEC’s hazardous waste management software provides low level hazardous waste container tracking, the contents of each container are tracked, even after splits or combinations are performed.

Waste Broker Software

Our software can be used by a waste broker to manage waste profiles, create jobs and schedule pickups from a customer. Once waste has been collected form the customer the waste broker software will manage the job through the process from collection through to disposal. 

This software for waste brokers provides a waste brokerage business with the ability to track all waste jobs, report to their customers using dashboards and custom reports to imrpove customer service and profitability.

Waste brokers can print Manifests, waste labels and manage the brokerage process from start to finish.
