Plant performance analysis provides an accurate snap shot assessment of a process to identify ways in which profitability can be increased. Material separation and recycling processes have increased in complexity significantly over previous years. Operating your facility to give maximum profitability can be challenging as it may be difficult to identify areas for improvement. Even marginal improvements to a process can lead to significant increases in revenue.

Understanding the composition of complicated waste or material streams is vital for many applications. These include accurate modelling of MRF or MBT processes at design stage, or determining the efficiency of separation or sorting processes.

We deliver bespoke waste team training for waste processing facilities that have identified a training requirement, either through the introduction of new employees or through a knowledge-gap-analysis performed on existing staff.

Due Diligence Plus is Axion’s service for investors in technology-based resource recovery business plans. Axion can provide technical, operational, market and commercial Due Diligence Plus advice to support investment decisions in new plants or process expansions. We work primarily in the waste recovery sector, offering advice on process design, technology and equipment selection, operating and capital costs, market and supply chain information and financial planning.

Axion Consulting is able to provide business planning and support to businesses in the resource recovery sector. We can develop investor-ready business plans to assist a business with growth planning or to attract external investment or funding. Market investigations and comprehensive financial assessments can be carried out to consider the commercial viability of a process or facility, evaluating both capital and operational expenditure.

Axion is experienced in designing and developing process development solutions for the waste management and industrial sectors. We specialise in managing processing trials and optimising processes within the resource recovery sector. We have extensive experience of conducting process development engineering trials of many different separation and size reduction technologies.

Axion can pre-test potential new sources of polymer feedstocks before you invest time, effort and money in full scale production trials. Our pilot-scale facility can duplicate a full scale process from raw material separation right through to injection moulding of finished polymer resin.
