We can manufacture flanged duct from 3” all the way up to the size you could drive a truck through, and we can manufacture lighter gauges to full welded product in heavy gauge (even up to 1/4"), all depending upon the application.

With our Welded Flanged Duct, the flanges are welded to the duct, either continuously for a full weld or intermittently, and the faces of the flanges are mated together.

The KB Duct brand SparKBuster is a static mixing device that operates by cooling glowing embers within the exhaust ducting system. It cools the sparks by changing the characteristics of the gas flow through the duct from laminar to turbulent flow. This change in type of flow causes a relative velocity difference between the sparks and the gas flowing past the sparks. It is effective when the air temperature in the process is lower than the spark temperature. The sparks will be cooled to within 200 degrees F of the gas temperature in the duct. The SparKBuster is suitable for spark arrestor duty and under the conditions described herein, will eliminate any sparks and embers from the air stream.

We have specifically designed the hanging Fume Arm of steel with cast aluminum joints that are fully adjustable to your workers’ desired tension, allowing user-friendly operation and durability even in the most demanding environments.Hanging Fume Arms provide the most economical and effective methods for the capture of fumes. The use of self-supporting joints, flexible hoses, and smooth bore tubing allow for easy placement of the arm`s hood near the source of the particulate and smoke.

The Explosion Isolation Valve is designed to protect your facilities and employees by preventing an explosive force from within a baghouse or filtration system from moving past the valve. Without an isolation valve, if a fire or explosion takes place, burning fuel and explosive force rapidly expands and can enter the building through the suction side duct system, causing severe injury and damage to property.

The KB Duct brand Blue Advantage Hose can be used for all industrial duct applications. Its static dissipation is perfect for grounding a ductwork system and the polyurethane (PU) construction materials, with the reinforcement of a PU-coated spring steel wire, make it thicker and tougher than the average rubber hose on the market.

KB Duct brand Cut-Offs are an essential part of any industrial duct or dust collection system. Cut-Offs are used primarily to cut off air supply to areas when dust collection/venting is not needed. This can improve performance in other areas or simply limit the size of the needed dust collector. It is difficult to design a “balanced” system without incorporating cutoffs as the dynamics of the system are changing. Each aluminum cast housing KB Duct brand Cut-Off (full or half gate) is manufactured for performance.

Our custom KB Duct brand EZP Rings or Angle Rings go through the electroplating process for galvanization, producing a superior product that is more efficient when welding.
