In addition to greenfield site development, CEC has in depth experience in all phases of brownfield redevelopment requiring a thorough knowledge base of environmental engineering issues.

CEC develops practical site work plans, negotiates facility investigations and corrective measures studies with regulatory agencies, designs remedial measures, and implements cost-effective corrective measures that are tailored specifically to our client`s needs.

CEC has performed risk assessments for numerous types of facilities across the country. Risk assessments have been a part of commercial and industrial real estate transactions (including brownfields sites), industrial operations, waste processing and disposal facilities, above and underground storage tanks, and CERCLA and RCRA sites.

We have conduct groundwater studies to determine the nature and extent of aquifer contamination and to delineate plume boundaries, evaluate remediation alternatives, develop conceptual and numerical models, implement and monitor cleanups, and perform routine monitoring.
