Large Scale Industrial Odour & Dust Suppression
Corgin - Mobile Odour and Dust Suppression Units
Corgin’s modern range of mobile odour and dust suppression units ensure that no area on your site is untreatable. Mobile units are ideal for emergency odour or dust suppression compliance issues. They can be deployed rapidly, and once on site, have a set up time of as little as 2 minutes. The hire option means that capital outlay can be avoided for temporary requirements. As all of our trailer-mounted mobile units are completely self-contained, operating on sites with no power and/or water supply poses no problem. They are also easily relocatable, meaning that as site requirements change, so can the location of the unit. Naturally, Corgin’s range of odour neutralisers and insecticides are fully compatible with our all of our mobile units.
AtomisterAiro - Odour Suppression Unit
AtomisterAiro utilises a compressed air supply to produce an ultra-fine mist spray which combats both odour and dust. These systems are perfect for both highly targeted treatment and treatment of general airspace, whether indoors or outdoors.
MistCannon - Large Scale Dust Suppression System
MistCannons are the ultimate tool for large-scale dust suppression. By means of a powerful turbo-fan, they project a plume of finely-atomised water droplets into the air to suppress dust effectively over wide areas, before it disperses into the environment.
Aeration & Mixing
Corgin - Tube Diffusers
FlexAir T-Series Tube Diffusers are generally chosen in applications with high airflow requirements, and/or in harsh wastewater environments. They are available in liftable or fixed grid configurations and they are manufactured from high quality materials to suit all process operating conditions and wastewater types.
Vertex - Surface Aerator
Corgin’s Vertex Surface Aerator is, to our knowledge, the most efficient world-proven mechanical aerator. The modern impeller design is over 50% more efficient than some older designs. The distinctive seven-bladed impeller with its controlled splash pattern is unique. In addition, it has 7 main features which set it apart from the rest:
Rotex - Brush Aerator
The brush rotor was the brainchild of the same man who designed the oxidation ditch: Dr I A Pasveer. Modern Rotex Brush Aerators are more efficient descendants of the original Pasveer brush rotor design. Their traditional use is for oxidation ditches but they can also be used in other configurations.
HyperClassic - Mixing Systems
The HyperClassic Mixer was developed in 1985 in the Fluid Mechanics Department at the Friedrich-Alexander University, Erlangen-Nuremburg, to support a thesis on the most energy-efficient mixing system design. Rather than just upgrading traditional mixer designs, the team started from scratch – drawing on a wealth of new technology and advances in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD Modelling). With no bias towards old designs holding them back, they added a whole new dimension to the world of mixing. Results were so spectacular that they knew it would have immediate appeal to the wastewater market, and so in 1989 they released it to the industry.
Corgin - Turbo Blowers
The Turbo Blower is every aeration expert’s dream. With a footprint of some 50% of its rivals, this freestanding blower is up to 40% more efficient than traditional positive displacement blowers, and up to 10% more efficient than other high speed turbo blowers. With such incredible efficiences, the Turbo Blower is a true Totex solution, i.e. one that offers the lowest whole life cost compared to other blower types.
Corgin - Spiral Aerators
Phone Corgin by 2pm, and we can have a renowned Spiral Aerator installed and operating by as early as 8am, next day. Sounds too good to be true? It’s not. It’s Rapid. Spiral Aerators can be installed rapidly and painlessly in almost any wastewater treatment system. They are exceptionally reliable and provide efficient aeration with strong directional mixing. These features make them particularly useful in emergency situations where other aeration plant has broken down or needs supplementing, and where horizontal flow is required such as in oxidation ditches and aerated lagoons.
Landox - Flow Boosters Inducer
Landox flow boosters are designed to provide horizontal flow propulsion in carousel and oxidation ditch lanes. They consist of a vertical-shaft with 16 radially-mounted fins suspended from a platform-mounted drive.
