ALD is a thin film deposition process that allows for atomic layer thickness resolution, excellent conformity of high aspect ratio surfaces, and pinhole-free layers. This is achieved by sequential formation of atomic layers in a self-limiting reaction.

Chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) is a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process that is performed at low pressures to allow for coating the internal surfaces of a porous material. Using heat and low pressure, precursor vapors penetrate the pores / fibers of the material and deposit to form a conformal coating on the internal surfaces. Our CVI platform is used to coat the internal surfaces of porous materials having complex shapes and geometries. Multiple systems are in production for coating biocompatible porous material used in medical implants and aerospace components.

The FlexGas Gas Cabinet is designed to cover a wide range of cylinder gas delivery applications. In its simplest form, the FlexGas Gas Cabinet houses 1, 2 or 3 gases, and includes a high purity, manual gas panel for each gas. Modular FlexGas™ Panels are available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6-Valve designs for Process and Instrumentation Diagrams. Each panel may be tailored to the specific gas and application.
