The DD 2x4 downdraft booth provides an all-in-one solution for the capture and collection of airborne particulate, overspray and fumes from many industrial applications. The table comes with a 48” high enclosure with side and back panels, a top plate, backdraft hood and light kit to contain contaminants and improve performance. The downdraft and backdraft suction insure that dust can be removed both on and high above the table surface for taller parts.

The DD 3x4 downdraft clean-air booth features an auto self-cleaning system to remove and filter airborne pollutants while reducing maintenance requirements. The booth enclosure prevents smoke and fines from leaving the ventilated table surface and backdraft hood. All downdraft booths can be custom manufactured to suite your specific application requirements.

The DD 3x6 downdraft booth has an integrated self-cleaning system and a five-stage spark arrestance system ensuring safe operation and easy maintenance. The Clean air Workstation is an ideal solution for applications involving large work pieces, dangerous contaminants or the use of high-speed rotary grinders and sanders. An integrated dampered back draft hood provides suction higher above the work surface and a dust-proof light kit illuminates the working area. The 3’ X 6’ Downdraft Booth comes with two Nanofiber filter cartridges and can be upgraded to four with the high static kit. Other filter options available include metal mesh prefilters, paint arrestance prefilters and HEPA and Carbon after-filters.

This self-contained DD 3x8 downdraft booth features an automatically activated reverse pulse self cleaning system, making it easy to collect all dust, smoke, and fume from applications above the perforated table top.  The clean air workstation enclosure includes a ceiling, side & back walls, and a dust-proof light kit, boosting capture performance of your clean-air workstation.  A wide range of application kits and custom fittings can help you meet your clean air and OSHA requirements. The 3’ X 8’ Downdraft Booth features large capacity Nanofiber filters with an arrestance rating of 99.8% @ 0.5 micron along with optional 2" deep metal mesh pre-filters. The metal mesh pre-filters are washable while the main filters must be replaced periodically.
