This mobile, self-contained downdraft table collects all dust, smoke and fumes directly through the perforated table top. A wide range of application kits and custom fittings can help you meet your clean air and OSHA requirements. The Mini-DD features a large capacity paper-pleated filter with an arrestance rating of 92% @ 2 microns along with a 2" deep metal mesh pre-filter. The metal mesh pre-filter is washable while the main filter must be replaced periodically. The table comes with a 5 stage spark arrestance system to prevent sparks from reaching the primary filter.

The DD 3x4 downdraft table provides a powerful single operator ventilated workstation, allowing operators to collect all dust, smoke, and fume above the table surface.  A wide range of options and custom engineered components are available to equip the DD 3x4 downdraft table for any application. The 3’ X 4’ Downdraft Table comes standard with nanofibers filters with an efficiency of 99.8% @ 0.5 micron along with optional metal mesh spark arrestance pre-filters. The metal mesh pre-filters are cleanable in water while the main filters can be cleaned with compressed air and are reusable.

The 3’ X 6’ Downdraft Table features large capacity paper-pleated filters with an arrestance rating of 99.8% @ 0.5 micron along with optional 2" deep metal mesh pre-filters. The metal mesh pre-filters are washable while the main filters must be replaced periodically.

The DD 3x8 industrial downdraft table features a five-stage spark arrestance baffle system preventing sparks and slag from reaching the main filter cartridges.  An integrated automatic reverse-pulse filter cleaning system reduces maintenance requirements by blowing particles into a dust tray for removal. The 3’ X 8’ Downdraft Table comes standard with 4 nanofiber filters capable of handling 99.8% of contaminants @ 0.5 micron along with exhaust duct mufflers to reduce the noise level. Downdraft tables can be mirrored together to create large work surfaces when dealing with large work pieces. 

This dual operator, self-contained DD 4x4 is designed to accommodate workers both on the front side and back side of the table, with the capability of sectioning off each work area. The downdraft tables provide an industry leading (FPM) capture velocity allowing users to remove dust and fume further away from the table surface. The 4’ X 4’ Downdraft Table comes standard with two nanofiber cartridges with an efficiency rating of 99.8% @ 0.5 micron. The available extended overhang (EO) option extends the table lip by 6” and permits operators to sit comfortably at the table with enough kick space for their knees.

This dual operator, DD 4x6 downdraft table provides hands free capture-at-source, allowing welders and grinders to remove dust and fumes anywhere over the ventilated work surface. Depending upon application, the table can be outfitted with the welding grinding and deburring kit, the plasma cutting kit, the spray painting kit or many other built-to-order configurations. The 4’ X 6’ Downdraft table features a standard 3 phase 7.5HP motor which can be upgraded to 10HP providing adequate suction for a backdraft hood module or a dampered extraction arm installed on the downdraft table. Extraction arms and backdraft hoods allow operators to remove dust and fumes further away from the table surface when working on large parts.

This dual operator, self-contained DD 4x8 is a rugged industrial grade product built for years of dependable service.  The built-in TEFC blower and filters reduce the table’s footprint while keeping your facility’s indoor air quality under control. The 4’ X 8’ Downdraft Table can be equipped with various types of filter media including standard nanofiber filter cartridges, paint arrestance filters, carbon VOC fume filters and HEPA after-filters. All Diversitech downdraft tables comply with OSHA guidelines for the safe capture of dust, smoke and weld fumes.

This multi-operator, DD 5x10 is the largest standard downdraft table in Diversitech’s product line, designed for very large work pieces or to provide a solution for multiple operator workstations. The 15HP motor develops 8600 CFM producing enough suction to handle even the toughest applications. The 5’ X 10’ Downdraft Table can be reinforced for heavy parts by adding steel structural supports inside the table. Different surface mattings are available to prevent parts from getting damaged, including blue rubber grid mats, black PVC tile mats and fiberglass gratings.
