Our wastewater contract operators run plants up to 2 million gallons per day (MGD) in capacity. We specialize in permitting, regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, constructability, trouble-shooting and plant start-up issues. We provide on-going grant monitoring and funding searches and prepare customized grant opportunity updates. We maintain close relationships with funding agencies to obtain key information about the successful awards of grant funds.

Our registered water professionals are authorities in their fields and often provide litigation and forensic support services on groundwater contamination projects. We provide detailed research, analyses, analytical modeling and deposition support. Population growth and shifting climate patterns are placing an emphasis in California on groundwater development. For new developments, providing a defensible estimate of sustainable groundwater has become essential. Our engineers and hydrogeologists assist cities, water agencies and private landowners to develop groundwater supplies by conducting groundwater resource evaluations and impact and mitigation analysis; and designing water wells and recharge basins.

We provide surface water and stormwater infrastructure hydrology and hydraulic analysis, management and control, monitoring and facility design. Our approach to surface water and stormwater infrastructure planning, design and management integrates source control, conveyance control, low-impact development techniques and quality enhancements to provide protection of beneficial uses. Our engineers and hydrologists have more than 25 years’ experience obtaining approvals from the state and regional water quality control boards for discharges to surface waters and land. We have prepared numerous stormwater management plans in accordance with various municipal MS4 stormwater permits and SUSMPs, and provide water quality and sediment quality monitoring during construction.

We have provided recycled water planning and design services since 1980, completing projects throughout California that incorporate innovative technologies and techniques. From planning/funding through design, construction and operations, our engineering, environmental, construction management and operations professionals combine in-depth technical and regulatory expertise with long-term facility operations and management experience.

Our geologists and engineers can improve the results of water well projects for drilling and wellhead design. We team with drilling contractors throughout design, construction and testing phases of well projects. We are constantly updating our knowledge and experience as drilling methods and equipment evolve.
