Our subsidiary, Habitat Restoration Sciences, Inc. Constructability Review & Bidding Assistance
Our civil engineers and construction managers provide constructability review during project design and prior to construction to assure consistency between project plans and specifications are consistent. Our insights on construction methods and phasing considerations can help lower risk and provide potential savings. We help clients avoid costly construction delays and change orders by focusing on contract milestones, references between disciplines, liquidated damages, field inspection prior to construction and establishing coordination with all involved agencies. We typically manage construction pre-bid meeting, including a site visit with potential bidding contractors. We seek to assure accuracy and completeness of bids by providing prospective bidders with information and clarification of bid documents and preparing any bid addenda as-needed.Construction Management
