EQuIS Alive extends EQuIS to manage survey, ecological, biological, and taxonomy data.  Alive integrates with other EQuIS applications for enhanced biological data analysis. Clients may design and export Alive surveys for use in the field and also view survey results, species density reports, species count exceedances, and species observations.

EQuIS Collect is EarthSoft’s supported field module in EQuIS workflow and integrates with multiple other EQuIS applications. EQuIS Collect Enterprise dashboards help manage projects and field crews, build and publish Collect Form Templates, and review sampling-activity analytics. Collect Forms are populated with field data in the Collect Mobile app and uploaded to EQuIS with the Enterprise EQuIS Data Processor (EDP), enforcing data rules and ensuring data integrity.

EQuIS Data Processor (EDP) is the most widely used Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) checking and enforcement tool in the world. Most environmental laboratories have EDP and find it a critical tool for organizations that want to automate laboratory and field data processing. EDP is used by laboratories, consultants, industrials, and government organizations worldwide. EDP checks all EDDs for formatting and valid values before import into EQuIS. Problematic EDDs are rejected and flagged for errors, facilitating correction. Automatic notifications are provided to the data submitters.

All EQuIS workflows require EQuIS Schemas (databases) in SQL Server. The Schemas can be hosted on your server or in the cloud. EQuIS provides a single source of truth for your environmental data. The EQuIS Schema is the licensed data structure, rules, and central data repository supporting all EQuIS software products and workflow services. EQuIS Schemas have been described as “works of art” and have been continually enhanced since the company’s founding in 1994. EQuIS Schemas are licensed through two Enterprise product levels: Basic and Premium.
