You can find Efcon®omy wastewater samplers on standard wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) applications. Independant functioning or as a slave to a master PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).

Efcon Industrial Samplers are purpose build units for industrial end-users. The simple & robust Industrial wastewater sampler has separate spaces for sample storage, electronics and cool-unit section with XXL containers.

Efcon® Water provides special ‘systemboxes’ which can be connected to our standard Efcon®omy or Efcon® Industrial enclosures. Above you see two systembox sizes which are supplemented with optional equipment such as an electro magnetic flowmeter, an inline guillotine sampler, air compressor, analytical equipment, special piping and more.

Efcon Carrybox is a wall mounted and an easily transportable waste water sampler which can be used in a variety of (temporary) situations. Only applicable with two different sampling techniques: 1. vacuum or 2. peristaltic.

Efcon Vacuum Samplers are equiped with reliable basic hardware and standard electronics. The complete design is focussed on long term reliable sampling with minimum drop out.

The Efcon ILS Inline Guillotine is an automatic fixed volume sampler for use on 100 % filled and pressurised effluent lines. The sampled process must be liquid, and free of air / hard solids. Designed for sampling of raw wastewater, the Efcon Inline Guillotine sampler works with a maximum process pressure of 2.5 Bar and optional up to 5 Bar. This sampling method complies to ISO 5667-2, 5667-10 and NEN 6600-1 and is equipped with a pneumatic actuator (6-8 bar).

Efcon Peristaltic Sampler are equipped with reliable basic hardware and standard electronics. Although the design is focussed on long term reliable sampling with minimum drop out the maintenance frequency at permanent use is absolutely higher than a Vacuum Sampler. The peristaltic sampler can take samples from open channels or wires and has a with DN 12 or DN 9 mm tubing. Commonly used on wall mounted Carrybox Enclosures and portable samplers (released end of 2015).

Efcon Flowmeters are used to measure water flows as accurate as possible. Our Efcon Electro Magnetic Flowmeter (EMF) has minimum fouling PTFE-lining, empty pipe detection, a display with actual & total flow and a pulse & analog output. Because of the high accuracy, EMF-meters are commonly used for effluent discharge purposes of water & sewage.

Sampling systems with open channel flow measurement can be equipped with a level sensor (bubbler tube sensor, or an external 4-20mA signal) and can be used for the following primary devices:
