The LyoPro is a specially designed data logger for complete batch control and validation of the freeze drying processes. The tiny data logger fits perfectly within any lyophilization setup, as the various LoggerNests allow the device to match the size of any vial. LyoPro comes fitted with an 0.55 x 0.95 mm thermocouple sensor that ensures next to no impact on the sample during measurements, thereby providing highly valid data. Data integrity is at its finest with TrackSense LyoPro. The internal data logger memory constantly stores every sample, allowing the ValSuite software to provide a complete picture of the process, without you ever having to worry about gaps in data.

The combined Pressure and Rigid Temperature Sensor has a pressure range of 15 mBar to 6 Bar Absolute, with an accuracy of ±0.25% Full scale, and a temperature range of -20 to +150 °C with a measuring accuracy of 0.05 °C. The sensor can be used for a wide range of applications within the food, pharmaceutical and medical industries. The high quality wireless TrackSense Pro XL data loggers consist of high resistant stainless steel and offers high-end technology that allows for stable and highly accurate measurements within different thermal processes.

The Double Semi Flexible High Temperature Sensor has a temperature range of 0 to +400 °C with an accuracy of ± 0.5 °C (in range 0 to +400 °C). The sensor can be used for various application, but is ideal for high temperature applications within the pharmaceutical industry, such as depyrogenation and ovens. The high quality wireless TrackSense Pro XL data loggers consist of high resistant stainless steel and offers high-end technology that allows for stable and highly accurate measurements within different thermal processes.

The E-Val Pro thermocouple system for thermal validation is immensely easy to handle within controlled environments due to its compact size and light weight. The thermocouple system complies with FDA regulations as well and GAMP guidelines and is designed to be the ideal solution for any thermal validation process. The secure and password protected module can handle up to 40 thermocouples and the large internal memory is capable of holding up to 10 studies at a time. The wired thermocouple system has a built-in 8-hour battery and can be used as a stand-alone unit or be connected to a PC via LAN/USB.

To reach the required pressure accuracy described by the EN 285 norm, the E-Val Pro sensor interface can, among other things, be equipped with Ellab’s specially designed 0-4 Bar sensor. Thereby providing the required accuracy of +/- 10 mBar. In addition to pressure measurements, the E-Val Pro Sensor Interface is the ideal solution for expanding the number of measurable parameters available for wired thermocouple systems. TrackSense Pro Data Logger sensors can be mounted on the interface, allowing it to measure Temperature, Vacuum, Relative Humidity (EtO), Conductivity and CO2, all while being connected to the E-Val Pro.

Single channel thermocouple sensor. Part of the Hanwell Pro Series, the thermocouple wireless transmitters are available in two temperature ranges with or without door sensors and include LCD display and 434.075MHz frequency as standard. Instrument measuring range: -200°C to+200°C OR -50°C to +350°C.

The outdoor Hanwell Pro RH/T wireless transmitter is fitted with onboard sensors and optional remote surface temperature sensor. Temperature ranges between -40°C to +60°C. (Sensors sold separately).

The ETI Recorder Plus is a high quality digital temperature and pressure-indicating device designed for displaying and documenting the processing temperature and pressure in retorts. It complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 113, and it is ideal for thermal processing of low-acid canned foods. The ETI Recorder Plus has a digital display that is easy to read, offers an temperature accuracy of +/- 0.1°C and an pressure accuracy of 0.15% full scale (20…120 °C), and does not constitute a potential source of mercury contamination.
