Ambient - Gas Generators / Calibrators

ENVEA - Model ZAG7001 - Zero Air Generator for Ambient Air Gas Analyzers

Pure air generator, capable of continuous delivery of up to 20 standard liters per minute (SLPM) of dry, contaminant-free air. The ZAG 7001 is a powerful stand-alone system: it does not require the supply of compressed air.

ENVEA - Model MGC101 - Multi-Gas Calibrator for Ambient Air Gas Analyzers

The MGC101 system automatically performs zero, precision, span and multi-point calibrations using NO, NO2, SO2, CO, 03, hydrocarbons and other gases. The MGC101 system automatically performs zero, precision, span and multi-point calibrations using NO, NO2, SO2, CO, 03, hydrocarbons and other gases of interest. It meets all U.S. environmental protection agency requirements.

Mercury - Model CalSet - Manual Calibration Set for UT-3000

This accessory meant for manually calibrating the UT-3000 Mercury Ultratracer. The calibration unit is connected to the UT-3000 Ultratracer. With a special syringe a defined volume of mercury containing gas is drawn from the calibrator and injected into the calibration port of the UT-3000. After entering the volume of the injected gas, the UT-3000 will automatically calculate the mercury mass from the volume injected and the calibration cell temperature.

ENVEA - Model AutoCal - Automatic Calibration Unit for UT-3000

This is an accesory for the UT-3000 Mercury Ultratracer in monitoring systems at low to intermediate mercury concentrations. The Mercury Instruments Automatic Calibration Unit consists of a specially designed mercury vessel containing elemental mercury of high purity, surrounded by an aluminium jacket cooled by a thermoelectric cooler. For automatic calibration a motor driven syringe extracts a defined volume of mercury saturated gas and feeds it to the UT-3000 Ultratracer.

ENVEA - Model MC 3000 - Generation of Mercury Calibration Gas

The MC-3000 generates a continuous stream of a mercury vapor loaded gas in order to check or calibrate mercury analyzers. An exactly adjustable carrier gas stream (normally air or nitrogen) is loaded with mercury in a first step. In a second step the gas is supersaturated by cooling. Subsequently the excess mercury is condensed in a special cell to get exact saturation. The gas is then diluted, the dilution ratio is continuously adjustable in order to obtain concentrations within a specific range.

Model NG 3000 - Sample Conditioning System for Natural Gas

The Natural Gas Sampling System 3000 is designed for very fast conditioning of samples from a pressurized natural gas source. Can be connected directly to a pipeline or a sampling cylinder containing compressed natural gas. The outlet of the sampling system can be connected directly to athe UT-3000 monitor for direct Hg analysis or connected to Tedlar® bags for posterior laboratory analysis.
