The Low Carbon Sector Development Project was a Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded project which was an enhancement and extension of the cluster development programme. The cluster programme was supported and funded by the NWDA on an annual contract between 2002 and 2007.
Recycling and Waste Service
The Recycling and Waste Project worked to enhance the profitability and competitiveness of companies in this sector, whilst supporting environmental improvements in the region.
