The separation is accomplished with an inert ceramic material that does not require replacement (when maintained and used according to this instruction manual). ESCO International can supply N2 units that can produce N2 on site in the quantity you require by the “pressure swing adsorption method”. The N2 generators are designed for 24 hour continuous trouble free operation and are fully automatic. They are delivered complete with compressor, air conditioner and storage tanks ready for installation in a building. You only need to install the electrical power.
