The ECM-XT range is the latest midsize range of ozone generators. Five different types of systems are able to produce between 40 g/h and 1,300 g/h of ozone with very low power consumption and with ozone concentrations between 2 % wt and 14 % wt. The power consumption for ozone production from PSA and LOX is very competitive. Regarding ozone production from air we are the leading manufacturer of ozone systems with respect to power consumption.

Twelve different types of systems are able to produce between 1 kg/h and 35 kg/h of ozone with very low power consumption and with ozone concentrations between 2 % wt and 14 % wt. The power consumption for ozone production from PSA and LOX is very competitive. Regarding ozone production from we are the leading manufacturer of ozone systems with respect to power consumption.

UV Range for Disinfection, TOC and Ozone Reduction and Advanced oxidation.

Catalytic destruction unit: Catalytic ozone destruction also proceeds optimally above a minimum temperature, therefore pre-heating of the ozone gas mixture is necessary.

The skid mounted ozone generator systems are specifically designed and manufactured to meet the disinfection and sanitizations requirements for controlled water quality standards for various industries, such as: Bottling and rinsing, food and beverage industries, pharmaceutical and chemical processes, ultra pure water in electronic and pharmaceutical sectors, hot water circuits and for swimming-pool, potable water circuits, process water loops.

ESCO International has developed and tested a new advanced oxidation pilot plant, CATADOX. The process combines treatment by ozone, UV, hydrogen peroxide and proprietary catalyst to enable the industry to meet the evertightening environmental standards for wastewaters & gases. The CATADOX, performs excellently in challenging applications such as micropollutant oxidation, non-biodegradable COD removal, TOC reduction, VOCs abatement, toxicity reduction, colour & odour removal. Advanced oxidation processes are the most reliable means of meeting the new standards. They offer substantial capital and operating cost savings compared with other conventional treatment processes.
