KSP Plus - Non-Ferrous Metal Glass Separator

Suitable for CSP removal and non-ferrous detection and removal. Width: 500mm modules. Typical throughput: 5 t/h (25 - 50mm) – lower for product <25mm. Resolution: 160 pixels. Features: new 60° chute design, improved detection with new detector design, 20 zones with 3 jets / zone, 8 LED’s per zone (8 pixels), improved jet design.

Suitable for:. Width: 500mm modules. Typical throughput: 3-5 t/h. Resolution: 720pixels (360 / camera). Features: 2 cameras each with 360 pixel resolution, high intensity LED with diffuser plate, high efficiency detection, automatic compensation for masking.

Multi-Camera Color Sorting System for Non-Ferrous Removal

Suitable for: 2 way system - CSP removal + 1 colour sorting, 2 way system – 2 colour sorting, 3 way system - selected colour + CSP & non ferrous removal + non selected colours. Widths: 1,000 mm 1,400 mm. Typical throughputs: 1,000 mm width 7 – 8 t/h 1,400 mm width 12 -14 t/h. Resolution: 320pixels per 200 mm width. Features: 5 cameras for 1,000 mm wide unit, 7 cameras for 1,400 mm wide unit, uses standard low cost “daylight” tube d.c. intelligent drive system, high efficiency detection, in built auto cleaning for both camera and light source, uses master camera and slave camera system.

Whole Glass Bottle Sorting

Utilises camera technology to sort whole bottles (pre-screening to remove broken and half bottles). Colour separation with logging and reporting of quantities processed. Will detect and remove CSP.
