IBC mixers - quickly re-mix product that has settled in transportation or storage. Euromixers unique range of Award Winning IBC mixers / Agitators mount directly onto industry standard plastic Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). The E-400 folding impeller has been designed to fit through a standard 150mm screw cap opening to quickly re-mix product before use.

Standard IBC mixer pneumatic (air) motors are supplied complete with an exhaust muffler and flow control valve which enables the motor speed to be adjusted (variable speed) the air motor is also supplied with a hose tail for connecting the mixer to a dry lubricated air supply, however, in some applications where the motor rarely gets oiled optional Light lube / Lube free air motors are available hence allowing more flexibility for the operator to modify maintenance schedules or to reduce costs on components and system maintenance.

Portable electric or pneumatic (Air) drive offer a cost-effective solution for small batch mixing applications where versatility is essential. Direct or gear drive portable mixers can be clamp-on or cup plate mounted on the tank rim or on a suitable structure over the tank, the unique vertical and horizontal shaft axis adjustment enables the mixer to be used on different size tanks and to achieve optimum flow patterns in the tank, thus eliminating dead spots and ensuring consistent product uniformity and quality.

Fixed mount mixers for open tanks are designed mounting on beams or a suitable support structure over the tank, in baffled tanks the mixer is normally mounted in the centre or in un-baffled tanks vertically off centre or angled off centre.

Modular design provides the flexibility to meet a variety of options including Low Headroom Helical bevel gearbox where headroom is at a premium. The mixer can be mounted on support beams or a suitable structure for open tank operation or pedestal mounted for cbsed tanks with a stuffing box or single / double mechanical seals.

Tank mixers and Agitators for dosed tanks can be provided fitted with a stuffing box, Single or Double mechanical seals to suit the specific application, on standard EM models the mixer drive is removed to change the mechanical seal and offers the most economical solution on small drives.

Static mixers and Heat Exchangers are used for a wide range of applications including mixing, heat exchange and dispersion. Due to numerous unique innovations our products are especially suitable for hygienic processes where CIP (cleaning in place) is required, and also a broad range of temperatures and viscosities.

Small portable mixers can be clamp, or cup plate mounted on the tank or locate directly onto the mixing vessel using a standard Tri-clamp flange to facilitate easy removal for cleaning or moving the mixer / vessel to another location. Standard mixers are stainless steel construction with FDA elastomers for food, pharmaceutical, sterile clean room environments. Options are available with EHEDG design mechanical seals or removable drives to enable the mixer shaft and impeller to remain with the vessel to facilitate sterilization in an autoclave.
