H2Flow - Model Alpha Series - Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System
The Alpha flotation units are designed to treat wastewater with high solids loading. The capacity of the Alpha units range from 9 usgpm to 880 usgpm (2 m3/hr up to 200m3/hr). The Alpha series are designed to create the best conditions for easy separation of the solids. The open style design with the large free surface area and long retention time guarantee optimum separation performance. The solids float to the surface and are collected by the sludge rake mechanism and transported to the sludge hopper with a low friction scraper system. The collected sludge is transported with a sludge pump to a sludge tank or dewatering. The Alpha+ flotation unit is equipped with a sludge conveyor for discharge of heavy solids.
H2Flow - Model Delta Series - Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System
The Delta flotation units are designed to treat wastewater with light to medium solids loading. The capacity of the Delta unit ranges from 44 usgpm to 550 usgpm (10 to 125 m3/hr). The Delta series are designed to treat the wastewater using a Platepack System. The Platepack System multiplies the separation surface for effective separation, making it possible to treat a large amount of wastewater on a small footprint. The solids float to the surface and are collected by the sludge rake mechanism and transported to the sludge hopper with a low friction scraper system. The collected sludge is transported with a sludge pump to a sludge tank or dewatering. The Delta+ flotation unit is equipped with a sludge conveyor for discharge of heavy solids.
H2Flow - Model Gamma Series - Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System
The Gamma flotation units are designed to treat wastewater with light to medium solids loading and very high flows. The capacity of the Gamma units range from 990 usgpm to 2425 usgpm (225 to 600 m3/hr). The Platepack System multiplies the separation surface for effective separation, making it possible to treat a large amount of wastewater in a small footprint. The solids float to the surface and are collected by the sludge rake mechanism and transported to the sludge hopper with a low friction scraper system. The collected sludge is transported with a sludge pump to a sludge tank or dewatering.

The Sigma flotation unit is designed to treat wastewater with medium to high solids loading. The capacity of the Sigma units range from 2200 to 4400usgpm (500 to 1000 m3/hr). The Sigma series are designed to create the best conditions for easy separation of the solids. The large free surface area and long retention time guarantee an optimum separation performance. The solids are collected in the sludge thickener and transported to the sludge hopper with a low friction scraper system. The sludge can be discharged with the sludge pump for thickening or discharge.
H2Flow - Model PF Series - Pipe Flocculator for Chemical Treatment System
Unlike conventional tanks and mixers, the H2Flow PF Series Pipe Flocculators use kinetic energy harnessed directly from flow of the wastewater to mix chemistry inline. The PF Series Pipe Flocculators can reduce chemical usage due to the high mixing efficiency, and increase the ease of chemical optimization due to the short residence time and various sample valves. The PF Pipe Flocculator combines mixing zones, chemical injection ports, sampling ports, pH sensor fittings, aeration ports, and flocculation zones all into one compact unit. The material of construction is polypropylene (PP) piping with PVC fittings and injection points. It provides resistance against corrosion and abrasion. They are manufactured using external welds, and sweeping corners to ensure that the interior surface is completely smooth and does not disturb the fluid velocity profile.
