H-Liner composite bushings have excellent friction properties and improved wear resistance without external lubrication even on high loads. H-Liner M are manufactured with an homogeneous woven polymer material, on the complete wall thickness. This product is completely remachinable and also available as flanged bushings, washers and slides. They are also widely used for when low water absorption or misalignement resistance are required. H-Liner S are manufactured from a high strength composite fiberglass backing completed with an woven liner inside. H-Liner S1 are made from high strength composite fiberglass backing and completed with an improved wear resistance liner.

These bushings, manufactured from a friction liner applied on a glass fiber structure, have excellent friction properties and improved wear resistance without external lubrication even on high loads

PEL BH bushings are machined bearings with excellent resistance to wear and seizure due to the combination of a duplex surface treatment and special grease reservoirs.  They are extremely used in harsh working conditions: high pressure, corrosion, abrasion, shocks. With these bearings the intervals of lubrication are considerably increased.  Due to recent developments PEL BH2 bushings offer improved wear resistance. PEL BH technology is also available on spherical plain bearing in case of angular misalignment or flexion in the joint.

Manufactured from a thin wrapped steel strip, the PEL® T bearing has excellent resistance to wear and seizure and is suitable for high contact pressure and abrasive surroundings, in alternative or continuous rotation. With these bearings the intervals of lubrication are increased. This bushing exists in standard dimensions and could easily replace wrapped bronze bushing.

COD 11 bearings are manufactured from a copper aluminum alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation, to seizure and wear thanks to a hardened surface treatment and to grease reservoirs on the contact area. Thanks to different surface topography, the intervals of lubrication on COD 11® bushing with cross hatching or COD 11® BH bushings with cavities are considerably increased. This COD 11® technology is also availiable for slide, washer, etc.

PEL HP bushings have an excellent resistance to wear and seizure thanks to the combination of a duplex surface treatment and optimized surface topography. They work very well in translation movement and are appropriated to works in severe working conditions: high pressure, abrasion, shocks and corrosion. With these bearings the intervals of lubrication are increased.

FAM bushings are manufactured from manganese steel, which provides excellent resistance to abrasive wear thanks to a mechanical work hardening of the contact area. Only an initial greasing is required.  FAM bushings have internal cross hatched topography making the surface harder and helping removing abrasive particles.

MANGACHOC or FAM L spherical plain bearings are made of manganese steel. They are mainly used for their high resistance to abrasion and high contact pressure in shock working conditions, with no maintenance. The work hardening properities of manganese enable a very long life of the bearing.
