The FTC300 is a thermal conductivity analyzer with outstanding properties for measuring tasks in process analytics. The device is characterized by high measurement accuracy and stability. It has a comfortable operating menu that allows you to adjust, parameterize and configure without much effort. In addition, operator and data access via an RS232 interface are possible, as well as various analog signal inputs and outputs. The robust design of the FTC300 is designed in protection class IP65 and enables operation at ambient temperatures of -20 ° C to + 50 ° C and is pressure-resistant up to 20 bar. For the measurement of hydrogen in nitrogen, the smallest measuring range is 0 to 0.5 vol.%.

The FTC400 compact gas analyser offers precise and reliable process monitoring based on the principle of thermal conductivity plus integrated selective infrared measurement of CO₂, CH₄, CO, H₂O and other IR-active gases. In addition to (quasi-) binary gas mixtures of, inter alia, H₂, He, Ne, Ar, N₂, Kr, O₂, CH₄, CO₂, NH₃ and SF₆, complex gas mixtures can also be analysed online by means of cross-sensitivity compensation. H₂ in natural gas or biogas, for example, can be accurately determined. Of course, the concentrations of the IR-active gases can also be displayed and read out. The FTC400 is designed in enclosure IP65 and is specified for absolute sample gas pressures of up to 2 bar. A version for higher sample gas pressures is available on request. The FTC series operates without reference gases, even at the smallest measuring ranges of e.g. 0 vol.% – 0.5 vol.% of H₂ in N₂.

The FTC130-OEM is a high precision and stable thermal conductivity detector (TCD). It is designed for customers who use their own enclosures to ensure the desired degree of protection and thermal and electrical shielding. In terms of metrological properties, it is equivalent to the FTC130 if the installation rules are adhered to.

The FTC200-OEM is a highly precise and stable Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD). It is designed for the use as an OEM detector. Since it is not equipped with housing it has protection class 00 and no electro-magnetic shielding. It is not designed for the use in hazardous areas.

The small transmitter FTC130 for extractive measurements is based on the thermal conductivity principle. The transmitter has an IP65 rating and is recommended for the precise, fast and sensitive measurement of (quasi-) binary gas mixtures, if a display of the measured value on site is not required.
