MacLean Highline is proud to introduce a new line of 15`, 24` and 32` transformer pads. Our innovative, patented, design results in a product that is extremely strong and durable, yet lightweight. These products are manufactured at our ISO9000 certified plant using compression molding tools and a specially formulated SMC (sheet molding compound). This process assures consistent product quality as well as other benefits such as:

Constructed of fire-retardant materials. Heavy-duty reinforced fiberglass construction, stress areas strengthened with nonhydroscopic laminated reinforcing materials. Brass and stainless steel locking hardware. Gel-coated exterior for superior protection against UV radiation and corrosion resistance. Smooth exterior surface. Exterior color: Munsell #7GY3.29/1.5 Green. Peaked roof for water run-off and vandal resistance. Optional locking service entrances available, 2` diameter is standard.

Step design on larger units built into side-wall around the perimeter provides resistance against deflection in buried position.

MacLean Highline Products manufactures the highest quality polymer concrete vaults. Polymer Concrete combines polyester resin with aggregate and is reinforced with fiberglass for exceptional strength and durability. MacLean Highline`s vaults consist of a polymer concrete top and bottom ring, cover and corner post, with corrugated fiberglass sidewalls. Our vaults are 30-40% lighter weight compared to all polymer concrete vaults. These units are ideal for incidental traffic applications for Telecommunications, CATV, DOT, Electric Utilities Water Utilities, Wind Farms and commercial and industrial projects.

MacLean Highline manufactures pads for padmounted transformers made of fiberglass/polymer concrete for a durable, light-weight utility option that is superior to standard concrete transformer pads. Our flat transformer pads meet or exceed industry requirements for chemical, U.V., flammability, impact, and load bearing resistances (Western Underground Committee 2.15). Polymer Concrete combines polyester resin with aggregate and is reinforced with fiberglass for exceptional strength and durability.

MacLean Highline Products fiberglass/polymer concrete splice barrel meets cable splicing and storage needs for many fiber cable applications. The round design facilitates coiling and storage, and quick-release coiling brackets make removing cable easy. The durable enclosure provides environmental protection while allowing for easy installation and configuration changes

Our versatile fiberglass single-phase sectionalizing cabinets can be pad-mounted or buried. The cabinet’s hinge-less lid rotates beyond 90 degrees and stays open for overhead equipment operations. These durable primary cabinets are offered in several sizes.

Highline Products manufactures fiberglass two-phase sectionalizing cabinets designed to provide complete access from the top and sides when the lid is open. Offering flexible installation options for electrical utility needs, these primary cabinets are designed to be buried or mounted on a concrete pad.
