Our largest freezing system in both size and capacity, Optiblast can freeze up to—and beyond—1,000 tons per day of all types of products, from meat and fish to poultry, pizza, vegetables, and baked goods.

The Cargo Hoist provides a simple way to lift heavy goods.

The Block Ejector separates frozen blocks from the freezing frames in an efficient and gentle manner. When integrated into a system with other Optimar products, the blocks are automatically transported to the packing station, while the empty frames are returned to the packing table.

The Circular Thawing Tank enables efficient thawing of frozen blocks of fish and squid.
