perma ULTRA is a fully automatic lubrication system, independent of temperature and counter pressure with a very precise discharge. With two cartridge sizes, pressure build-up to 50 bar and options of weekly and monthly time settings, perma ULTRA is an extremely versatile and capable lubrication system.

perma NOVA can be used in all application areas from -20 °C to +60 °C. A discharge period from 1 to 12 months can be entered via the setting button on the NOVA Control unit. The control unit then calculates the required quantity of gas for constant and reliable discharge while taking into account the ambient temperature. perma NOVA consists of a reusable control unit, a NOVA LC filled with grease or oil and a protective cover. NOVA LC is available in 65 cm³ and 125 cm³.

The automatic lubrication system perma FLEX is available in two convenient sizes (60 cm³ / 125 cm³). It can be used for inside or outside applications at temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +60 °C. Discharge period setting is flexible and can be adjusted from 1 – 12 months using the dial on top of the lubricator.

perma PRO LINE is a special multi-point lubrication system for linear guides. Each outlet`s lubricant discharge can be adapted to manufacturer specifications. The PRO LC is available in two sizes (filled with 250 cm³ or 500 cm³ of grease) and supplies lubrication points with lubricant for up to 2 years. The high pressure build-up enables remote mounting with tube extensions of up to 5 m (per outlet). Remote mounting not only increases workplace safety, but also offers reliable, flexible and efficient lubrication while they are running.

perma ECOSY is a multi-point lubrication system and supplies up to 6 lubrication points with a predefined quantity of oil. The control of perma ECOSY allows time (TIME), sensor  (SENSOR) or impulse mode (CONTROL) and can be adapted to varying demands. Lubrication pump and control are integrated into a 7-litre plastic tank. The high-performance perma ECOSY pump allows lubrication points up to 10 m away to be supplied with lubricant, e.g. in difficult-to-access and soiled areas.

perma PRO C LINE is a special multi-point lubrication system with 1 - 6 outlet connections for linear guides. The lubricant discharge is flexible. Each outlet can be adapted to manufacturer specifications. The PRO LC is available in two sizes (filled with 250 cm³ / 500 cm³ of grease) and supplies lubrication points with lubricant for up to 2 years. The high pressure build-up enables remote mounting with tube extensions of up to 5 m (per outlet). Remote mounting not only increases workplace safety, but also makes it possible to lubricate linear guides while they are in operation. perma PRO C LINE receives its power from the machine and can be monitored and controlled via PLC.

The user can select LC unit sizes 250 cm³ and 500 cm³. Each perma PRO can be programmed for lubricant discharge in days, weeks or months, up to a maximum dispensing period of 24 months. The MP-6 distributor supplies up to 6 lubrication points directly without pressure loss (max. 25 bar) and enables the use of tube extensions up to a length of 5 m. perma PRO C MP-6 can also be operated in IMPULSE mode. The impulse for a lubricant discharge can be PLC controlled. Power is supplied via the machine and can be PLC monitored and controlled.
