PureAir Filtration’s Drum Scrubber (DS) is a vent control system that is completely self contained. This system provides a reasonably inexpensive air purification system for small flow odor air streams ranging in volume without prefiltering or mist/grease elimination, 50 to 1000 CFM. The PureAir DS systems maybe connected to an exhaust vent and used for passive odor control or environmental emission applications. The most common applications are process vessels, storage tanks, sewage life stations, and package sewage treatment plants. Drum scrubbers do not include prefilters, final filters, or mist/grease eliminators. Larger systems will include a blower to ensure active purging of contaminants.

PureAir Filtration’s Vertical Bed System (VBS) system is a complete self contained, vertical airflow unit. This deep bed system provides continuous high efficiency air purification for contaminated air streams ranging in volume from 150 to 8,000 CFM. Because the system has a vertical airflow, the potential for air bypass is completely eliminated. The PureAir VBS systems come in either blow-through or draw-through configurations.

PureAir Filtration’s Packed Bed System (PBS) is a complete self contained, horizontal airflow unit. This deep bed system provides continuous high efficiency air purification for contaminated air streams ranging in volume from 150 to 8,000 CFM. The PureAir PBS comes in either blow-through or draw-through configurations. Standard construction is from stainless steel.

PureAir Filtration’s V-Bank Transition System (VTS) system is a complete self contained, vertical airflow unit. This deep bed system provides continuous high efficiency air purification for contaminated air streams ranging in volume from 6000 to 40,000 CFM while maintaining a compact, flexible design. The PureAir VTS systems come in either blow-through or draw-through configurations. As with all PureAir systems, the PureAir VTS is completely customizable.

The PureAir Filtration PureAir VRF Vortex Radial Flow system provides a high airflow solution in a small footprint.  By using a cylindrical shaped tower of adsorbent, PureAir is able to rely on height to provide airflows up to 40000 cfm.

The new BEAST biological multistage scrubber is the most powerful odor control solution on the market. The BEAST (Biologically Engineered Adsorbent Scrubber Technology) brings the best of class technologies to one innovative system to remove even the highest levels of H₂S. The full system features a bioscrubber followed by a polishing unit and includes complete remote monitoring and notification system, providing assurance of top level performance with minimal maintenance. The system can handle H₂S concentrations of 200+ ppm, and the various models can be configured to airflows between 250 and 8000 CFM.

PureAir Filtration’s Side Access Housing (SAH) system is a horizontal airflow filtration and purification cell system. It provides continuous high efficiency air purification for low to contaminated air streams ranging in volume from 500 to 32,000 CFM. These systems are configured with refillable or disposable media cartridges. The PureAir SAH system can be supplied with or without blowers. As with all PureAir systems, the PureAir SAH is completely customizable offering a multitude of configuration to meet your specific needs.

PureAir Filtration’s Packaged Filter Unit (PFU) is a complete self contained, horizontal or vertical airflow packaged cell system. It provides continuous high efficiency air purification for low level contaminated air streams ranging in volume from 500 to 4000 CFM. These systems are typically used in free standing applications where fine purification of the air in a room is needed. PFUs are most often used in computer control rooms as polishing filters to provide added assurance of air quality.

PureAir Filtration’s PFU-Mobile is a self-contained, movable unit that recirculates the air in datacenters. As the air passes through PureAir’s gas adsorbent media, harmful corrosive gases are captured and permanently bound. Purified air is sent out the top of the unit where it is used to cool servers without harming electrical components.
