Absorbent pouches are water-soluble and they are manufactured by Recyc PHP. They contain also reclaimed sodium polyacrylate, a material that has the capacity of absorbing more than 150 times its own weight in water. On contact of the liquids the pouch will dissolve and release the sodium polyacrylate which will then absorb that liquid. These pouches have the advantage of avoiding customers manipulating the bulk polyacrylate when small quantities are required.

For his water-absorbing socks, Recyc PHP benefits from its absorbent pellets, a material that absorbs 25 times its weight in water. Depending on the number of pellets used, our socks can absorb 5 to 30 liters of water per sock. Socks requiring specific characteristics can be produced on request.

Liquid Waste Solidifier - Absorbent BoxesAbsorbent boxes are made by Recyc PHP. They contain sodium polyacrylate, a recycled material in our facilities from industrial releases of hygiene products. This material, also known as a super-absorbent polymer, which can absorb up to 150 x its weight in aqueous liquid. This absorbent box to meet a liquid waste management problem. Several sectors are affected by this issue such as transport, catering, events and more.

Recyc PHP can be a lightweight litter manufacturer. We developed a method for making absorbent pellets which are particularly suitable for use as high performance recycling litter. Indeed, the materials used for the production of pellets are the same as those used for manufacturing diapers, which are cellulose fibers and sodium polyacrylate, a super absorbent polymer that absorbs 40 times its weight in urine. So, our recycling litter better absorbs urine and better control odor than most other litter.
