Ductile Iron Pipes and Fittings
Model Zinoc Series - Ductile Iron Pipes
Zinoc Series Ductile Iron Pipes are the most preferred and widely known pipes with their coatings. They can conveniently be used in drinking water lines and for most soil types. This series takes its name of its outer coating types. The interior coatings are cement coated unless a special request is made.
Model TERRAPENoc Series (PU Series) - Polyurethane (PU) Coated Ductile Iron Pipes
They are polyurethane (PU) coated ductile iron pipes. Top layer PU coated pipes are produced in accordance with EN 15189 European standards. For external corrosion protection of ductile iron pipes conforming to EN 545, EN 598, ISO 2531 and ISO 7186, PU coatings applied in double-fed, hot airless spraying procedure in factory are available for use at operating temperatures up to 50°C. The last layer polyurethane coating is applied to ductile iron pipes free of rust, dirt, oil, grease and moisture by grit spraying method according to SA 2,5 surface quality, according to EN ISO 8501-1 standard. Before the application, the pipes are heated to be completely free of surface moisture.
Model ARMADoc Series (PE Series) - High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Coated Ductile Iron Pipes
These are High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Coated ductile iron pipes. Top coat PE coated pipes are being produced in accordance with EN 14628 European standard. PE coating material has WRAS certificate of conformity for drinking water.
Model CemZinoc Series - Ductile Iron Pipes
Unlike most pipe series, these pipes are coated with fibre reinforced cement mortar coating is applied on metallic zinc. Cement mortar coating has a minimum thickness of 3 mm and an average of 5 mm.

Valves
Butterfly Valve
Butterfly valves are designed for many areas such as power plants, water supply facilities, treatment facilities and the chemical industry in order to cut off, throttle or regulate the flow. SMS butterfly valves are designed according to EN 593 (DIN 3354) standard.
Elastomer Seated Gate Valve
Elastomer Seated Gate Valves are valves that are generally used for cuting off the lines and release valves. Although there is no shutter housing in the body, they provide full sealing thanks to their fully EPDM rubber coated flaps. Production is available in PN10, PN16 and PN25 pressure classes, in valve sizes in accordance with DIN 3202 F4 / F5 and BS5163. It is recommended to use Metal Seated Gate valves in higher pressure classes and fluid temperatures exceeding 700C.
Metal Seated Gate Valve
Metal Seated Valves are generally used as line cut-off valve and release valve. In these types of valves providing metal-to-metal sealing, the ductile cast flap provides full sealing stinging into the slot in the valve body. Production is available in PN10, PN16, PN25 and PN40 pressure classes and in valve sizes in accordance with DIN3225 / DIN3226 standards. Metal Seated valves can be used at high pressures as well as for fluids between -10 ºC and 110 ºC.
Needle Valve
Needle valves are special-purpose products designed to control the flow by adjusting the flow rate. Since the geometric limitations of the butterfly and gate valves used for this purpose do not allow linear adjustment function, the need for needle valves has arisen. The circular section structure of needle valves that does not cause turbulence by being protected throughout their fluid passages from the inlet to the outlet; ensuring the regularity of the flow, making them the most optimal control valves.
Model Swing Type - Check Valve
In case of power cut in pump stations; Swing type check valves are one of the self-closing check valve types that prevent water return and thus prevent the contra rotation of the pump-motor. Swing type check valves can be used weighted or unweighted. They can be used in vertical or horizontal position if notified by the customer in the offer request. In cases where it is desired to close slowly, a hydraulic system connected to the check valve shaft is added to the check valve.
