FTIR Spectrometer Accessories - ATR

Specac - High-Performance ATR Spectrometer Accessory

The Quest ATR Accessory is a performance single-reflection ATR-FTIR accessory from Specac designed for laboratory spectroscopic sample analysis in the mid- and far-infrared. With innovative optical design and durable monolithic diamond ATR crystal option, this sets the benchmark in performance and value for ATR spectroscopy.

Specac - Single-Reflection ATR Accessory

The Golden Gate is a robust option for demanding single-reflection ATR applications. It features a brazed diamond ATR crystal and a signature “Golden Gate” sample loading bridge. More advanced top-plate assemblies are available for in-situ, high and low temperature work.

Specac - In-situ Reaction Cell ATR Accessory

The In-Situ Reaction Cell for the Golden Gate ATR is used for monitoring processes in a heated and pressurised reactor by single-reflection ATR spectroscopy. A stirring mechanism is an optional add-on.

Specac - Low Temperature ATR Accessory

A low-temperature, high performance, FTIR accessory developed for the study of liquid and solid samples at low temperature. Based on the Golden Gate single-reflection diamond ATR accessory platform.

Specac - Multi-Reflection ATR Accessory

The Gateway ATR is a 6-reflection ATR accessory from Specac designed for routine use in academic and industrial laboratories. Interchangeable sampling top plates allow for solid, liquid, flow and heated experiments to be performed.

Specac - Silicon ATR Consumable Slides

The Arrow is intended to facilitate novel workflows for applications in biotechnology, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals. Batches of samples can be prepared away from the spectrometer on sample slides made from recycled polypropylene, reducing sample handing and boosting productivity. Arrow interfaces with the Quest family of ATR accessories via a simple aluminium puck.

Specac - Pucks for Quest | Single Reflection ATR Accessory

Quest`s system of interchangeable pucks is what gives this ATR its versatility. Choose between different crystal, puck style, and heating options here.

Specac - Grazing Angle ATR Accessory

The VariGATR grazing angle ATR accessory is a revolutionary approach to the analysis of monolayers on semiconductor and metallic substrates. The VariGATR™ is variable angle, so the incident angle can be optimized for the highest sensitivity with these types of samples. Its specially designed pressure applicator is optimized for delivering good contact between the sample and the Ge ATR crystal. The VariGATR™ is excellent for rapid, repeatable measurements and provides at least an order of magnitude increase in sensitivity relative to grazing angle methods. In addition, it offers the convenience of an easy to use, fully prealigned, horizontal sampling accessory.

Specac - Variable Angle FT-IR Reflectance Accessory

The Seagull is a powerful accessory for examining powders, optical coatings, opaque substrates, films on opaque substrates, and slightly curved solids by variable angle FT-IR reflectance spectroscopy. This accessory easily adapts for specular, ATR or diffuse reflectance measurements. The Seagull™ operates over a broad range of incident angles without misaligning the system, defocusing the incident radiation, or changing polarization. This makes it an extremely versatile and flexible tool for FT-IR spectroscopy. The Seagull™ also allows changes in the incident angle without interrupting the spectrometer purge. The Seagull™ is excellent for examining solids by specular reflectance or ATR, for studying liquids and films on liquids by specular reflectance, for depth profiling, and for determining optical constants.

Specac - Multiple Reflection ATR Accessory

The ConcentratIR2™ is a miniature multiple-reflection ATR accessory, compatible with the smaller FTIR sample compartments. Designed for micro-liquid samples, it features interchangeable diamond and silicon ATR sampling plates. Both ATR configurations consist of a thin disk of silicon or diamond that is optically contacted to a special ZnSe optic.
