The unit includes a removable stainless steel backboard for mounting various equipment, securely held in place with four stainless steel bolts. A continuous piano hinge door with a three-point locking system and padlock provisions ensures security. The door is hemmed to remove sharp edges and features a continuous drainage channel coupled with a thermoplastic seal to guarantee water-tight integrity. Inside, there`s ample space for storage of instructions or plans. The enclosure complies with NEMA 3R standards and is UL 508A listed. It includes a removable stainless steel tray and backboard for mounting various types of electronic equipment. The backboard is secured with four stainless steel bolts. The top entry lid is equipped with a stainless steel piano hinge at the rear, a three-point locking mechanism at the front, and two gas springs to facilitate easy opening and closing. A cam-style lock secures the flush-mounted front entry door, which also has provisions for a padlock. The enclosure incorporates a continuous drainage channel around the door face and a thermoplastic door seal with a hollow center to ensure a watertight seal. The SS Model is made from stainless steel tubing and rod, finished with a high-performance polymer coating, and features all stainless steel hardware for durability. Its frame consists of 1-1/4 inch tubing with a drop-down door and welded grid pattern panels. The CR Model is similar in design but constructed from cold rolled steel with a polyester TGIC powder coating. Both models use a secure 3/8 inch L-bolt anchoring system for stability and have a concealed locking mechanism.
