Our range of Coriolis mass flow meters is designed to suit your need to measure almost any fluid, across any application. Built on the Coriolis principle, these meters measure the mass of the fluids directly, rather than volume. This means they do not require compensations for factors such as temperature and pressure which impact volume and in turn, impact the accuracy of measurement.

Tek-Clamp 1200A Ultrasonic Clamp On Flow Meter is designed to measure the fluid velocity of liquid in a full or closed pipe. It is a measurement system which is both easy to install and use. The Tek-Clamp 1200A operates according to the difference in the Transit Time of Flight measured and determines the flow velocity by measuring the travel time of a pulse from one transducer to the next. Flow in the same direction takes less time to travel to the second transducer than flow in the opposite direction. Electroacoustic transducers receive and emit brief ultrasonic pulses through the liquid of the pipe. Transducers are vertically placed at both sides of the measured pipe. Sensors are placed on the pipe and fastened by means of a clamp. The display will quickly show the flow velocity. The Tek-Clamp 1200A can be used for metallic, plastic, and rubber tubes.

It also has a self-diagnostic function to determine the error in the instrument and alert the user.

These transmitters are equipped with an automatic temperature compensation function integrated into its advanced signal processing circuitry to ensure high reliability and performance corresponding to change of ambient temperature. Tek-Bar 3110A uses a capacitance pressure transducer to measure differential pressure. It is used in level monitoring applications and to measure liquid, gas, and steam flow.

Tek-Bar 3110B Smart Differential Pressure Transmitter which uses the world’s most advance single crystal silicon pressure sensor technology and state of the art encapsulation technology. This is a high performance pressure transmitter with HART^®communication protocol. It is used to measure liquid, gas or steam flow as well as liquid level, density, and pressure. It has good accuracy up to 0.075% of URL as well as IP66 water-proof protection.

Featuring TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) technology, the Tek-Flex 4100A Explosion Proof Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitter provides continuous level measurement in liquids, solids, and slurries. This innovative device has almost no installation restrictions in tanks, silos, and bins up to 65 feet in height. The Tek-Flex 4100A has a fully isolated 4-20 mA output that can be scaled for tank level or distance. The unit requires 18 to 30 VDC power. The Tek-Flex 4100A is shipped precisely pre-calibrated for the customer’s application and thus ensures quick installation and setup. TDR technology is not affected by pressure, vacuum, temperature, viscosity, foam, or dust. Changes in dielectric constants or coating of the probe do not affect the level measurement, due to the dynamic sensing technology programmed into the artificial intelligence of the Tek-Flex 4100A level transmitter.

Tek-Trol’s Tek-Manifold 7500A is available in 3 variants i.e. the 2-Way manifold valve, the 3-Way manifold valve, and the 5-Way manifold valve. The 2-Way manifolds are designed for static pressure and liquid level applications, the 3 and 5-Way manifolds are designed for Differential Pressure applications. These manifolds are available in traditional and compact body designs. These Manifolds are designed to work under the pressure of 6000 PSI (413 Bar) and are available in PTFE packing for normal temperature.
