VEST is a system supporting communication with the public in the area of networks management and technical documentation. Thanks to our experience gathered during previous projects and our know-how in the area of technical documentation, deployment of the VEST system is able to change processes and make them more efficient without the risk of negative impacts that are usually associated with the implementation of a new information system.

AMI (Asset - Management - Information) is a modular solution for property management and computer aided facility management. The corner stone of the solution is a central graphic passport of immovable properties, which gives a clear overview of the buildings and company sites condition. It is easy to add other descriptive entries, which may be used by other modules. Based on the passport, it is easy to generate reports, which then serve as inputs for increasing the efficiency of internal company processes.

ProGEO is a powerful tool designed to work with results of geodetic surveying. It can be used for all stages of geographic data processing, from retrieval of points, to creation and validation of drawings, to printing and export in required formats. In design, ProGEO is used to make drawings of power grids based on their operators’ requirements. The application is built on the Bentley platform.

EnPRO is a powerful tool offering a convenient graphical user environment and a comprehensive toolkit providing data processing and validation of project documentation of CEZ Distribuce, a.s. pursuant to the applicable methodology. This application is built on the Bentley platform.

POZEM is designed to provide support for the entire process of complex land reparcelling. With all tasks as automated as possible, the tool provides you with a convenient environment for the design of new arrangement of land. Outputs conform to the applicable legislation and meet all requirements of the submitter (the Land Office, LO).

In collaboration with its Dutch partner, Geostruct, Unicorn developed a new solution for planning, designing, and construction of optical networks. To handle such issues and processes properly, you need data on telecommunication networks, which is stored in the GIMS. This is a single, centralised data source available to network development and construction workers, which they can use to plan and design networks. With the tools and optimisation algorithms provided by both the client application and the system as a whole, a telecommunication company can effectively support the processes of designing, planning, and construction of new networks or reconstructing the existing infrastructure.
