is a patented product designed and made by WEI, composed by external body with inside tapered surface with expandable die tongs and centering pipe ring, rotating device mounted on bearing with lubrication system.

Drilling Rotating Head Flanged, designed to operate up to 150 PSI static pressure. Manufactured with high strenght low carbon steel, complete machine worked, composed by body external double flanged, one lateral outlet to connect to flowline 2" lateral inlet NPT female for cementing operation. Internal parts with double roller bearings, drive bushing complete with high pressure stripper rubber clamping system with anti-rotation safety device. The rotating head can be used on work-over operations, and drilling oil and gas, water wells. Its simply design allows low costs and very easy spare parts managements. Compact design, for space saving for easy use in any drilling rig. Main flange can be manufactured according to customer`s requirement. Outlet flange female thread, or other junctions are available under requirement.

Stop Sand is a patented product made by WEI, in Italy, respecting API rules. It is a Liner Hanger with ports for placing Gravel Pack around screens. It is particulary designed for water wells where the aquifer is made up by loose sediments. It is mainly composed by three equipment: Liner Hanger, Gravel Setting Tool and Stop Sand Setting Tool.

WEI has been manufacturing Shale Shakers for more than 20 years. WEI Shale shaker WR3 has a shaking basket tilting, hydraulically controlled, to allow the operator to take into account mud specific weight, viscosity and type of cuttings to separate. Upper gates and lower open gate for Mud flow regulation are hydraulically operated also. Maintenance operations and breakdowns have been totally deleted; there is not belting, any main shaft, any bearings and any outer cams. WEI Shale shaker WR3 has num.03 screens, to filter better the mud. Shale shaker screen are pre-tensioned panel standards size, made by 316 stainless steel. Shock-Absorbers are metal type, equipped with anti-oil rubber silent-block (no maintenance needed). The flow back system is used for having a better separation of solid. WEI WR3 Shale shaker is manufactured triple screens in single or double deck.

The 2’ x 3 ½’ has an upper hard screen and a bottom one stainless steel, standard type. Shock-Absorbers are metal type, equipped with anti-oil rubber silent-block (no maintenance needed). The flow back system is used for having a better separation of solid. WEI 2’ x 3 ½’ Shale shaker is manufactured double screens in single or double deck.
