AR Filtrazioni - Model 10000 Series -Air Cleaners of Oil Mist Smoke Dust for Machine Tools
AR 10000 Series is suitable for suction and purification of large quantities of oil mist and fume produced during wet machining processes. The equipment is equipped with a pre-filtration chamber, drainage for the recovery of the recondensed liquid, a low energy consumption class IE3 motor, a motor circuit breaker and a visual filter clogging detector. It has a number of pluses compared to the classic centralized system, first of all with the re-introduction into the working environment of the hot air, saving on the conditioning of the shed and immediately condensing the oil.
Equipped with a high and very high efficiency filtration stage according to European standards EN 1822 (Standards EN 1822 Uniaria Course), it ensures filtration efficiency up to 99.995% for particles> 0.15 µ (The average diameter of the particles that make up the fumes is always <1 µ) according to European Standards EN 1822.
