KD - Model KD02 -Shaftless Screw Conveyors
KD 02 augers are available in six different sizes, tailored to the desired capacity for the transport requirement. In addition to these standard sizes, the shaftless screw conveyor can be customised to meet specific customer requirements in the following areas: Length, potential increases, inlet/outlet configurations (type/dimension), inlet position (customisation). These augers are particularly suitable for transporting materials with a tendency to stickiness and bridging, such as sludge, moist sand and particles with uneven grain size.
The Shaftless Screw Conveyors are designed with simplicity and robustness in mind, while maintaining the highest level of product lifetime. In addition, they can be equipped with a standard KD04 sliding damper specially developed for screw conveyors.
This sliding gate comes with either electric or pneumatic function and guarantees the same high quality as the auger itself.
