Model HEPA -Filter Box
Equipment hosts HEPA filters which are used in order to ensure hygienic and homogeneous distribution of conditioned air (by the air handling units) to your sterile ambient. HEPA filter boxes are manufactured entirely with DKP sheet and they are sealed by welded. Interior and exterior surfaces are painted with RAL 9010 anti-static powder coating. On demand, they can be painted in different colors or can be made of stainless steel.
Air intakes in the HEPA filter can be at the side or be at the top, the air inlet can be manufactured in the form of a circle or flange can be used. On demand, damper with sealing feature while closing can be used at air intakes. Filters are easily replaceable by removing the diffuser. As standard 78,152 and 292 mm height filters are used.
