AVCO - Quarter Turn Gear Operator Valve

The AVCO quarter turn gear operators are a rugged, low profile design that enable effortless operation of high torque valves when there isn’t enough space for a long handle. Available in torque ratings from 2640 in-lbs through 115,500 in-lbs, these high-efficiency operators cover most applications with ease. Constructed from cast iron, the operators are painted and any bare metal surfaces are treated to resist corrosion. All operators are waterproof to IP67 due to the use of lip seals with multiple sealing surfaces. They are maintenance free, self-locking and ISO 5211 compatible. An optional padlock flange is available to allow for locking in a variety of ball positions. The AVCO gear operators are designed for simplicity of use across a wide range of torque and applications including the oil & gas, power, wastewater, chemical and mining industries.
