In 1971 Jerry's son-in-law, Alan Ross, joined Jerry Mandel and together assisted small scrap collectors to become larger, integrated recycling enterprises. After Jerry's retirement in 1979, Alan continued his service to the industry forming Alan Ross Machinery. Today Alan Ross, his son Rustin Ross and a team dedicated professionals continue three generations of service.
