BinMaster - Model BMRX - Horizontal Extension with Bearing End

Side mount extension for thick bin walls. Side mount the BMRX rotary through thick concrete walls using a 6”, 8”, or 12” extended drive shaft. This extension includes a protective shaft guard with a sealed bearing end to support the shaft and prevent material from packing in the extension and causing false alarms. BinMaster - Model BMRX - Vertical Shaft Extension

Extended rotary protects against overfilling. Vertical extensions are used for top-mounted BMRX rotaries to get high-level alerts. Custom extensions are available up to 144”. Top-mounted, vertically oriented extensions measure further down into the bin to prevent overfilling or protect valuable continuous level sensors at the top of the bin. Sealed bearing end prevents material packing and false alarms. Vertical extensions are used for top-mounted BMRX rotaries to get high-level alerts. Custom extensions are available up to 144”. BinMaster`s sealed bearing end extensions use protective bearings to form a seal between the shaft and shaft guard, preventing false alarms caused by material packing. BinMaster - Model BMRX - Extended Flexible Cable Hanging Rotary

Extended flexible hanging BMRX extensions for use in heavy falling material. A rugged, flexible 8 mm steel cable in custom lengths 4” to 14’ long is attached to a top-mounted rotary. This vertically oriented extension measures further down into the bin to prevent overfilling or to protect valuable sensors at the top of the bin.
