On December 29, 2006, the Department of Transportation (DOT) released numerous changes to the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR). These changes have both Voluntary and Mandatory compliance dates. The short course from Compliance Solutions provides a condensed version of HM215-I (to help you determine if the changes effect your organization) as well as links to the full text and discussions on how and when they will go into effect.
