Chain Scraper system is ideal for use in removal of high viscosity oil/scum. It is also used for eliminating free floating solids at the top level. It is a reliable and user-friendly solution for rectangular settling basins of water and wastewater treatment, API oil-water separators, storm water treatment and desalination. The chain scarpers consist of endless metallic/non-metallic chain conveyors running parallel on the longitudinal sides of the basin. It is a robust, durable and guarantees reliable and trouble-free operations in every application. Different systems are deployed for varied applications which are; Sludge chain scarper, scum chain scraper and sludge & scum chain scarper.

Travelling bridges are deployed for removal of grease and grit in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. The traveling bridge clarifier consists of a movable truck mounted on two traction trolleys. Underneath the truck one surface and one bottom scraper is installed. A sludge scraper blade is installed along the width of the tank. The bridge is mounted on four rigid wheels that ride on the rail and travel the length of the tank. The traveling bridge collector is widely used in corrosive environments where the travel length and width is large.
