VOR - Belt Filter Press
Belt Filter Presses use filter belts (typically polyester) are intended for mechanical dewatering of waste water sludge and also of the water conditioning sludge and of the industrial slurries. Belt filter presses are used overall at the waste water treatment plants due to its high productivity and reliability.

VOR - Dewatering Screw Press
The unique design of the structure allows self-cleaning during the dehydration process, which effectively prevent clogging and save flushing water cost. The main unit of the De\vatering Screw Press (DSP) is a very simple, slow moving mechanical devise that ring-shaped "fixed discs" and "movable discs" are alternately arranged at a certain gap around a "screw shaft". DSP series can be used in an extremely wide variety of solid-liquid separation, or de\vatering applications. It has made possible the direct de\vatering of low concentration oxidation ditch or waste activated sludge. The already proven superior performance is enhanced by auto self-cleaning function that enables stable and constant dewatering without continuous flushing and allows 24 hr unattended operation 7 days per week.
VOR - Wave Separator
The Wave Separator is a sludge thickening and biosolids dewatering machine with a very high efficiency. It can cope with a wide range of sludge concentrations, and also stably dehydrate sludge that contains high oil content or organic sludge. It has made possible the direct dewatering of food waste, water hyacinth residue, vegetables waste,etc.
VOR - Auto Polymer Make-up Unit
Flocculation is an essential stage in the treatment of sludge coming from municipal or industrial wastewater treatment plants. In these processes polymeric flocculating agents are used to enhance the treatability of the sludge. Flocculants, with their very high molecular weights(long chains of monomers) and their varied ionic charge, mixed with water and fix the destabilized particles on their chain. Therefore the particle size in the aqueous phase will increase throughout the flocculation step with the formation of floes. The formation of floes induces a release of the water. This water will thus be easily eliminated during the thickening and dewatering step. Flocculants are also used for other industrial solid-liquid separation applications, such as in chemical industries, petrochemical plants, pulp and paw plants, food industries and others.
VOR - Gravity Belt Thickener i
Gravity Belt Thickener is intended for reducing sludge volume of biosolids and waste activated sludge. Also the thickener can be used as first stage of dewatering together with belt filter presses, filter presses, decanter centrifuges for those dehydrator productivity improvement by initial stage.

Shaftless Screw Conveyors` simple, pipeless design employs fewer parts than conventional shafted screw conveyors, reducing capital cost and lifetime maintenance costs, improving conveying efficiency and eliminating many of the flow-impeding issues common with shafted screw conveyors.
VOR - Non-Mental Chain & Flight Type Sludge and Scum Collectors
The removal efficiency of the chain and flight type collector mechanism is much higher than in any of the bridge types. This is due to the large numbers of scraper flights. Moreover, power consumption and maintenance costs are rather minimal. These mechanisms can be provided with non-metallic components including collector chain, head and idler shaft sprockets and scrapper flights, which not only ensure easier erection due to the light-weightiness but also longer life. These mechanisms are driven thought the collector chains on the both ends of the tank, and in-turn carried on the sprocket mounted on the solid stainless-steel shafts running across the tank width and supported on the tank walls.
