The Catalogue of Rights module houses the product library, the participants and their revenue share per territory/method and the rights acquired. This sets the base for the availability report. This module is designed to fit all international rights distribution scenarios including explicit rights available, rights that are negotiable and rights explicitly withheld. Rights data is backed up by narrative allowing a logical check.

The Contract Processing module controls your deal-making environment with an integrated workflow, contract and billing module. This module brings real-time rights checking to the heart of your deal-making process. Customer specific standard terms are stored and applied to each new deal including material requirements, addresses, contact details, exploitation methods, areas and specific deal terms. Centralised processing allows for extensive reporting by Product, Area, Exploitation Method, Customer, Sales Executive, Library or any other classification required including deals signed, deals being processed or negotiated and rights still unexploited.

The Sales Ledger module integrates seamlessly with the Contract Processing module. This ensures integrity of sales invoicing. This module stores your customer data including, Contacts, Addresses, Material Requirements and payment terms. Integration with your contracting system allows for close management and tracking of dues including material charges. You can set conditional due dates, and re-post the due date once the condition is fulfilled. Manage multi-currency accounting by customer or contract. You can invoice in one currency and receipt in another. Statement enquiry in ‘Base’, ‘Transaction’ and ‘Customer’ currency.

The Materials Supply module controls your supply chain, integrating seamlessly with the Contract Processing module. The Materials Supply module holds your material catalogue storing location, type and specifications. Integration with your contracting allows for close management and tracking of every material request. Centralised processing allows your material staff to get on with the job and all other staff to interrogate the system as to whether that urgent delivery was sent.
