Trilogy’s Title Management system provides for the creation of contracts with contributors, whether they be original authors, illustrators or even narrators.  The system can create a contract using mail merge processes with Microsoft Word and signed contracts can be scanned in, stored and re-displayed from the contract record. The contributor record offers facilities to store full bibliographic details including pictures of the contributor for subsequent use in press releases and other marketing material. All details of the rights bought in as part of the contract are created and maintained both for use in contract management and for subsequent control of the royalty managememt processes.

All support calls are logged and initially progressed through the help desk with all critical (system down) failures being immediately reported to the relevant manager. Our overriding priority is to enable customers to continue processing data at the earliest opportunity. Hot-line facilities are available from our offices in during normal working hours, and additional Out of Hours cover can be provided by prior arrangement. Trilogy can provide a Facilities Management service, whereby staff are based on your site and available to assist at all times.

The system integrates with the Marketing module to ensure any special deals and freight rules are accurately calculated against a promotion code. The module combines sales order processing with customer relationship management allowing sales staff to view details about the customer’s buying history, compile wish lists, assign mailers, take notes or log internal reminders for future action. Customer questions such as present order status can also be viewed. Customer Services handles a wide range of different business models from standard product sales to prize draws, membership schemes, rentals, subscriptions and event bookings. Ideal for both fast moving call centres as well as complex B2B operations.

If you need to investigate your sampling programme in detail or produce specialist reports in different formats for either your customers or management, then TAPS Business Intelligence can provide all the information you require quickly and efficiently. Utilizing the power of Business Objects reporting, the system supports simple-to-use ad hoc reporting and report formatting without the need to call on your IT department to design new reports. Along with the Business Objects Universe, a range of standard reports complete with hierarchical drill-downs to show additional information is provided allowing you to interrogate any facts about your field programme.

HAND is the mobile data collection solution designed to support the TAPS sample planning and scheduling system. Data collection through the use of hand-held devices offers an attractive alternative to paper. A schedule of work and round data is created in TAPS and downloaded to the hand-held terminal. The sampler can then enter on-site data directly into HAND for storage until the device is placed into the docking station in sample reception. Data is then electronically transferred to TAPS. The system provides for automatic data entry, date & time stamping and on-site validation. HAND’s simple operation reduces time delays and minimises errors as well as providing a digital chain of custody.

The system also can provide a sales forecast and stock order reserve based on the performance of past campaigns. All special deals, delivery charges and prices will be automatically displayed in order processing based on the promotion code. Targeted catalogues can be produced using the Catalogue Production Module from stored data in the Stock Module.

From the customer record, all customer related information is available, e.g. invoice & payment history, orders and back orders, purchasing trends, subscription and standing order information, etc. From either an individual customer record or from a list of customers, you can merge with Microsoft Word to create a letter, send an e-mail, produce mailing labels or export the data.

Trilogy Accounts Receivable can be made available as a substitute for that normally provided by Great Plains making it an integrated part of the Great Plains Business Solutions. A direct integration with the CCH zip code and tax engine systems is available to provide a comprehensive sales tax solution for publishers, distributors and mail order specialists.
