Dataloggers
VanEssen TD-Diver - Submersible Datalogger
The TD-Diver is a submersible datalogger for long-term uninterrupted, real-time water level monitoring using a pressure sensor when submerged at a fixed level under the water surface. The pressure sensor measures the equivalent hydrostatic pressure of the water above the sensor diaphragm to calculate the total water depth. The Diver autonomously measures pressure and temperature and records them in its internal memory. The Diver is ideal for ground and surface water level applications.
VanEssen Baro-Diver - Pressure Monitoring Datalogger for Water Levels
The Baro-Diver® is a datalogger for long-term uninterrupted, real-time atmospheric pressure monitoring. In addition, the Baro-Diver can monitor shallow water levels using a pressure sensor when submerged at a fixed level under the water surface. The pressure sensor measures the equivalent hydrostatic pressure of the water above the sensor diaphragm to calculate the total water depth. The Diver autonomously measures pressure and temperature and records them in its internal memory.
VanEssen Cera-Diver - Groundwater Monitoring Dataloggers
Monitoring groundwater under potentially corrosive conditions, such as brackish water and seawater, requires a robust and durable datalogger. The ceramic-shelled Cera-Diver is designed specifically for such environments. This highly reliable and compact Diver measures groundwater levels with a typical accuracy of ±0.05% full scale. In addition to its rugged casing, the Cera-Diver’s memory capacity can store up to 48,000 measurements (date/time, pressure and temperature) – almost one measurement every ten minutes for an entire year. The Cera-Diver has the following sample methods: fixed length intervals, event dependent, averaging and pumping test. The Cera-Diver is available in the following pressure ranges: 10 m, 20 m, 50 m and 100 m.
VanEssen Micro-Dive - Dataloggers
Measuring only 88 mm (3.46″) in length and 18 mm (0.71″) in diameter, the Micro-Diver is Van Essen’s smallest Diver. The Micro-Diver® is a submersible datalogger for long-term, uninterrupted, real-time water level monitoring using a pressure sensor when submerged at a fixed level under the water surface. The pressure sensor measures the equivalent hydrostatic pressure of the water above the sensor diaphragm to calculate the total water depth. The Diver autonomously measures pressure and temperature and records them in its internal memory. The Diver is ideal for ground and surface water level applications.
VanEssen CTD-Diver - Submersible Datalogger
Where there is a need to monitor groundwater levels and salt water intrusion , injected wastewater, or contamination from chemical discharges and landfill sites, the CTD-Diver® with its 22 mm diameter rugged, corrosion proof ceramic (zirconium-oxide) housing, is the instrument of choice. The CTD-Diver is a submersible datalogger for long-term uninterrupted, real-time water level monitoring using a pressure sensor when submerged at a fixed level under the water surface. The pressure sensor measures the equivalent hydrostatic pressure of the water above the sensor diaphragm to calculate the total water depth. In addition, to a pressure sensor the CTD-Diver is also equipped with a 4-electrode conductivity sensor for measuring the true or specific electrical conductivity of the water. The Diver autonomously measures conductivity, pressure and temperature and records them in its internal memory. The Diver is ideal for ground and surface water level applications.
Remote Monitoring
VanEssen - Complete Remote Monitoring System
The Diver-Link is a complete telemetry solution. A complete remote monitoring system that integrates field instrumentation with wireless communication and data management to effectively manage (ground)water resources. The Diver-Link is suitable for the continuous long and short-term monitoring projects.
VanEssen - Battery-Powered Radio Device
If access to the well is limited, by fences or water for example, the Diver-DXT can be installed to wirelessly collect Diver data up to 500 meter. The Diver-DXT is a battery-powered radio device to acquire data and adjust Diver settings wirelessly from the Diver to the Diver-Gate. A built-in barometric datalogger is used to convert pressure data into accurate groundwater levels.
Van Essen - Portable Low-Power Device
The Diver-Gate(M) is a portable low-power device that communicates wirelessly with the Diver-DXT to retrieve data from Diver dataloggers within a range of 500 meters. The Diver-Gate(M) connects to a laptop equipped with Diver-Office.
VanEssen - Integrates Divers with SDI-12 Remote Monitoring Systems
The Diver-SDI integrates Divers with SDI-12 remote monitoring systems. A typical SDI-12 system illustrated in the figure below. On one end the Diver-SDI is connected to the SDI-12 system through the 3-wire SDI-12 bus, which also include the power supply of 12 Volt. On the other end a Diver cable (AS2xxx) is attached to connect the Diver-SDI to a Diver. Diver cables up to a length of 500 meters (1,640 ft) can be used with the Diver-SDI.
Communication Cables
VanEssen - Diver Data Cable
Deploying a Diver on a Diver communication cable saves time on downloading and provides real-time data. Connect your laptop, equipped with Diver-Office or Diver-Field, to the Diver Data Cable using the Smart Interface Cable to program and read data from the Diver. Available in lengths from 1 meter to 300 meters. The Diver-Mate can be connected directly at the top connector of this cable.
