These deposits build up during operation and cause loss in water output or salt rejection, or both. Regular cleaning of the membrane elements minimizes the loss of performance and extends membrane life. Maintain system performance at a higher level by cleaning membranes regularly. By utilizing an Aqua Clear CIP skid you are able to clean membranes without removing them from your system to reduce maintenance and downtime of the reverse osmosis system.

Clients choose containerized systems where the application is either remote (agriculture, drilling), limited interior space (industry, manufacturing, power), offshore (seawater), temporary or mobile (emergency). Most of our treatment equipment found on this website such as reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, membrane bioreactor, pretreatment, disinfection, etc. is modular in nature and can be custom fitted inside one or more shipping containers. Each container is a fully turn-key system; pre-plumbed and prewired for plug and play commissioning. The containerized system is assembled and tested at our facility prior to transport. The containers are easy to install. A crane lifts and places the container onto its poured concrete pad.
