Used in counterflow towers where total suspended solids levels are high, VF19 PLUS features an engineered microstructure for improved water distribution and thermal mixing. This fill has been tested and accepted by a major U.S. utility in an operating natural draft cooling tower. Its typical applications include the power, refining, chemical, mining, and food processing industries.

AFVF19 is ideal for metric counterflow cooling towers used for utility and industrial applications where surface waters are used for make-up. Tested extensively in an operating natural draft cooling tower serving a central station power plant, this unique fill features a vertical flute design with an engineered microstructure to laterally redistribute air and water for highly efficient thermal performance.

VF3800 is designed for use in the same counterflow applications as VF19 PLUS, but features larger flute openings and eliminates the microstructure to allow for maximum water velocity.
