Lamella Clarifier for Efficient Sedimentation in Compact Units
SKS lamella clarifiers are compact, ready-to-connect units designed for efficient solid-liquid separation. They operate using the proven counterflow principle and feature high-performance TUBEdek® lamella packs, ensuring exceptional removal efficiency. SKS modules offer a sedimentation surface ranging from 18 m² to 33 m². Modules can be easily connected in series or parallel, providing flexible configurations to meet a wide range of sedimentation requirements.
Sedimentation Tank
The SK tank series offers a range of compact, ready-to-connect units for separating solids from liquids. The sedimentation process in these units is based on the proven counter-flow principle. They are available in different sizes with settling areas of 2 - 72 m2 and flow rates of 2 - 70 m3/h for usual sedimentation tasks. SK tanks can be installed easily and quickly. The innovative circular design (SKR) does not only save costs but also calms the influent stream, achieves a uniform flow distribution in the lamellas and facilitates the sludge concentration in the hopper.
TUBEdek - Lamella Clarifiers for Round Tanks
Concepts combine the advantages of parallel plate separator technology with those of round sedimentation tanks. TUBEdek lamella clarifiers present the ideal solution for round tanks which are overloaded and where there is no room for expansion. TUBEdek lamella separators increase the plant capacity by enlarging the sedimentation area considerably. Depending on the application there are different possibilities to install lamella clarifiers in round tanks.

SKR sedimentation tanks offer ready to connection units for sedimentation of solids out of liquids by the out-standing sedimentation properties of the TUBEdek lamella clarifiers.
TUBEdek® - Lamella Clarifiers (Tube Settlers)
TUBEdek lamella clarifiers, also called tube settlers, are used for solids removal (sedimentation processes) in water and sewage treatment. TUBEdek can be used in rectangular and in circular tanks.
Tubedek - Support System for Lamella Clarifiers
Low impact to flow and sludge discharge. We supply a support system for the tubedek lamella separators which minimizes sludge deposits and disadvantageous turbulences.
