EBI Consulting’s goal in completing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is to help our clients understand a property`s environmental risks completely and in a clear, unambiguous manner. Our approach meets ASTM guidelines and can be augmented with additional protocols to satisfy any party’s needs.

Property Condition Reports are most commonly utilized by lenders as a third party report and are completed to the ASTM E2018-08 Property Condition Report Standard. EBI Consulting’s Property Condition Reports are primarily used to assist lenders with mortgage financing; however, investors, owners, Home Owners Associations, operators, and property managers frequently complete Property Condition Reports to assist with their understanding of the property under consideration, ownership or management.

EBI Consulting provides testing, design and abatement services for asbestos-containing building materials, lead, mold, radon and PCBs. Our nationwide team provides support for projects ranging from telecommunications installations projects to real estate acquisitions and property development and rehabilitation projects.

EBI Consulting has built a strong HUD Program by combining the expertise and experience of architects, engineers and scientists who have successfully completed over 1,000 HUD MAP/LEAN projects since 2008. Our HUD team remains current through participation in nationwide HUD MAP Third-Party Training and has used the MAP Guide to develop templates that ensure our product meets HUD expectations efficiently and cost-effectively. EBI Consulting offers competitive turnarounds with trained professionals positioned in twenty states. In addition to providing a timely and professional report, EBI’s team has experience meeting the expectations of all regional HUD offices and can consult with lenders and borrowers to ease navigation of the HUD lending process.

The Act requires that all federal agencies consider both the impacts of their actions on the environment and possible alternatives to those actions during the planning phases. EBI Consulting has been a leading provider of NEPA compliance services for over a decade, and our team of scientists, historians, and archaeologists has overseen the successful completion of thousands of NEPA Screenings and Environmental Assessments nationwide.
