The KEMTRON 200HD2™ is ideal for today’s contractors looking to process 65 to 200 gallons per minute (4.1 to 16.6 lps) in a compact, user-friendly design.  This system pairs perfectly with operators running rigs like the Ditch Witch JT20 & JT30, Universal 22×22 & 32×40 and Vermeer 20×22 & 36×50 or similar. Traditional systems offer single pass cleaning.  The KEMTRON 200HD2™ features a multi-pass configuration, allowing each cut to be returned to the primary tank for continuous recirculation.  This feature maximizes the shaker and hydrocyclone cleaning performance.

Featuring two dual-deck, six-panel Hyper-G shakers, with a total 112 sq. ft. (10.4 m2) of screening surface that provide substantially more cleaning capacity when dealing with large bores.  Initial scalping cut can be processed by both shakers or just one via a unified inlet manifold with isolation valves for maximum performance.

The KEMTRON 1500MPX is the industry’s first high-capacity mud reclamation system to feature a high-pressure pump that is electrically variable. Instead of using a clutch and belt / chain driven system, Elgin’s new KEMTRON 1500MPX deploys a direct coupled VFD-driven Ellis Williams WDD-550 HDD Quintuplex Pump that is powered from a single 500KW Tier 4 Final diesel-fired generator used to power the rest of the drilling fluid reclamation system. Not only does this provide for a road-legal package, but it provides a lower total cost of construction and total cost of ownership.
